Summary
You do not need an account to play.
Most game data stays in your browser.
We count when games start and end with Vercel Analytics.
We do not send your name in those counts.
If you join our email list, MailerLite gets your email address.
We use Google AdSense for ads.
See provider policies below for legal detail.
What stays in your browser
The site saves small files so you can resume play. We do not sync them to an account.
The score sheet tool keeps its own data in your browser until you clear it or reset the sheet.
- golf-game-state: Cards and scores for one game.
- golf-settings: Sound, speed, themes, and AI level.
- golf-stats: Wins, losses, and streaks.
- golf-daily-results: Daily challenge scores.
- golf-score-sheet-keeper: Names and scores on the printable score sheet page.
- golf-theme-grandfathered: Themes that stay on for you.
- golf-email-subscribed: Hides the email form after you use it.
- golf-games-completed-session: Session counter for the two-game email prompt (sessionStorage, cleared when the tab closes).
Clear site data in your browser to remove localStorage items. Closing the tab clears sessionStorage.
